You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance. If you are more than 15 minutes late for our appointment with no contact, I will consider the appointment missed and will keep the full amount for the missed appointment. In the case of an emergency we will work together to find the best solution.  

I cannot guarantee that I will be able to connect to your animal companion. If the information coming through in the reading is overwhelmingly not accurate, and you let me know before half the session has passed, we can either try rescheduling to a different day and trying again with your animal companions, or I can provide a refund.
