- 4 one-on-one 60 minute mentoring sessions with personalized recommendations and exercises based on your needs and goals.
- Homework between sessions with practice readings (with feedback) or spiritual tools to incorporate into your everyday life.
- Unlimited email support between sessions.
- I recommend spreading the sessions out every other week so it is about a two month commitment but it can vary based on your unique situation. There is no formula because it is tailored to each individual situation.
